Does Clarioter send follow-ups automatically?
No. You can enable follow-up drafts for stalled conversations. Clarioter writes the draft; your team taps Send or Dismiss in Inbox.

How do I connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook?
From Channels in the dashboard, sign in once and pick the number or Page to use. Your AI starts answering with the same business info as your website chat.
What about website chat?
It's included on every plan. Add chat to your site, or share your Clarioter business page link in bios and ads.
What happens if I hit my message limit?
Replies pause for that billing period until you upgrade. Business includes unlimited messages. We don't add surprise overage charges.
