We use your information to provide AI employees, process knowledge for answers, operate messaging channels and business pages, bill subscriptions, improve the product, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
Customer chats and your knowledge may be sent to AI providers (such as Replicate) to generate responses. We configure models for your business use and apply rate limits for cost and abuse control.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use cookies or similar technologies for auth sessions, traffic understanding, and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers including Clerk (auth), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), UploadThing (file uploads), Polar (payments), and Replicate (AI inference). Those services process data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We retain account and business data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

We process business and chat data to provide the service you request. Hosting and core infrastructure currently run on reputable cloud providers (including Vercel and Neon).
